Shipping policy
Orders will ship once all items in an order are available. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the delay.
Shannon Myers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a parcel ships.
If a return to sender is processed and your package is not returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of a replacement item, plus the additional shipping fees, should you want a replacement sent. We cannot offer any refunds on orders which were not returned to us.
